lemonade diet!! yes,There are many ways to reduce weight but the time to drive it is difficult. Here we are, to check how can you reduce 4 kg in a week that too without exercise!!Don’t freak!! Yes you can. There are different types of diets to reduce weight here I gonna say you about lemonade diet.
I’m the living example, who trying to reduce weight and experienced the change happened by this lemonade diet what I would like to share with you right now.
I m not fat from my childhood! i started gaining weight in my xth std vacation holidays. Gradually my weight increases and I realized at my xiith std, I was 60 kgs in weight and 5 feet 2 inches in height. Then so I tried to reduce weight but nothing works practically. Instead of losing weight It stared gaining weight.in my college days I was 68-70kgs.yes I increased 2-3 kgs per year.
Actually I m a lazy fellow!! Due to lack of physical activity I gained weight, at the same time I m fond of food and snacks. That make me to stand here🙁
Now I m in a critical state where I wanna reduce weight and want to look good and mainly physically fit, Because it’s my wedding day. I have only two three months to go, so I started here.. Followed many diet plans, later I reduced my weight from 75-66kgs in two and half month.
Again after pregnancy I gained weight, I was 78kgs. Here I started lemonade diet, it really works. I lost nearly 4kgs in a week. You can also reduce 1kg/day only if u follows a strict diet.
Lets check what’s lemonade diet, lemonade diet is not only the role of lemon it also contains ginger, mint and cucumber.
This water is detox water; maximum reduces your hip and stomach region where majority of your body fat is deposited.

Ingredients:
- 2 Lemons
- One spoon of Finely chopped or grained ginger
- 10 Mint leaves
- 6-7 pieces of cucumber
- 8 glasses of water
Process:
- Add all ingredients two lemons finely made into pieces,1 tsp of ginger,10 mint leaves and 6-7 pieces of cucumber in a bowl/jar which can consume 8 glasses of water.
- Make this combination and let it wait for 24 hours in room temperature.
- Drain the water and its ready to drink.
Diet Plan:
- Split it up and drink 8 glass of water per day.
- Morning in empty stomach is acceptable, remaining take it during your breakfast, lunch and dinnertime.
- Strictly follow it for one week and see amazing results in you.
- Avoid snacks, chocolates and junk foods during diet to see wonders in you.
- If you follow a perfect diet plan like eating fruits and vegetables in equal amount and this lemonade diet, you can also able to reduce 1kg/day!! 🙂

Tips To Loose Weight Fast:
- Avoid chocolates, snacks and junk foods.
- Avoid peanut butter and cheese
- Be hydrated and take 3-4 liters of water per day.
- Do jogging and walking at least for 30 minutes.
Follow strict diet and motivate yourself. Have faith that you can reduce weight. Reducing weight is not a matter, how to reduce weight means a lot. There are many ways to follow but only thing is you need to wait for the result.
