1. Exercise
Wake up early and exercise, it will bombard your immune system and body circulatory system all through the day. Do it daily minimum 30 mins. Initially it would be harder once you see the results you will become addicted to it.
Set some goals and motivate yourself to do workout at Gym or home.
2. Read Books
We have heard everyone saying that reading is a good habit. But unfortunately most of us don't follow. Read at least 10 pages per day. After 6 months you will become a more knowledgeable person than before.

If you wish to learn more then you must spend more time in non-frictional books.
3. Travel more places
Never hesitate to travel. If you ask me, I would say traveling is a more valuable learning experience than years of schooling. There are many new things to learn. Just travel around the world as much as you can. Learn the new things and explore it.

Travel — and the people you meet along the way — will always teach you more than you could possibly imagine and also make you a better person. You will want to contribute to change and appreciate nature more. 4. Kill Fear of failure
What to be successful in life? Just drive out the fear of your failure. Don't be embarrassed and worry about that. Instead of being embarrassed, embrace it. It is the first step to success.
So face your fears, stop being afraid of failure and do the work. Doing the work is how you gather courage and begin making progress towards becoming your best self.
5. Hesitation
Don't hesitate to do new things. Whether it is right or wrong just do it. Keep moving forward, build on your progress and do not let people get you down. Not only because you should stay focused and because what they said likely isn't true and doesn't matter, but because most of all it wasn't really about you in the first place.
